  • 1 lb (450g) Jennie O Ground Turkey (99% lean, 1% fat)
  • 2 small boiled potatoes, peeled and mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 1 lime
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 50g shredded cheese (plus cheese slices for topping)
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 small tomato, finely chopped
  • Panko breadcrumbs (for coating)

Spices to taste:

  • Black pepper
  • Red cayenne pepper
  • Garlic salt
  • Red chili flakes
  • Oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, add the ground turkey.
  2. Crack in the egg and squeeze in the lime juice.
  3. Add the chopped onion, chopped tomato, mashed boiled potatoes, shredded cheese, and ginger-garlic paste.
